At MBF Bioscience, we pride ourselves in providing excellent technical support in addition to scientific applications support to our customers. An annual support subscription provides you with access to our Live Support and the latest Software Releases from the downloads area. Here is an overview of what you can expect and how we differ from other companies.

1. Support keeps your System Current

At MBF we release updates to our software on a quarterly basis, with at least one major release each year. Your support subscription will keep your system up to date with the latest innovations from MBF for the products that you purchase.

2. Live Remote Support

Experience the satisfaction of direct, hands-on support. We can connect to your computer remotely and show you exactly how to solve your problem.

3. Support by both Phone and Email

You can choose whether you want to receive support by email. And you can always get back to the same person who answered your previous question.

4. Multi-Year Option

When purchasing your system or applying for a follow-on grant, consider purchasing a multi-year support subscription that will see you through to the end of your research project. We can provide you with a discount when you decide to purchase a support subscription for two years or more.

We are well versed in confocal, fluorescence and brightfield microscopy.

7. Computer Experts

We are an authorized reseller of Dell computers. An integral part of our business involves providing turnkey systems that integrate computers with research microscopes.

8. Training Classes and Courses

We provide regularly scheduled training courses in our software. We can also provide training at your location.
