Marketing Assistant
MBF Bioscience, an industry-leading producer of microscopic imaging and analysis systems for scientific research, is looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant works closely with the marketing team to assist with implementing company marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Writes scripts, captures footage, and edits videos for marketing purposes. These can be 2-5 minute videos of our software or short video interviews with employees or researchers.
• Writes marketing material including webpages and collateral under the direction of the marketing team.
• Maintains and updates the company websites with updated marketing materials and other pertinent information.
• Executes social media marketing campaigns on social media outlets including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Assists with additional marketing projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with and knowledge of social media platforms
• Knowledge of Camtasia a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator and InDesign) a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to meet deadlines

Technical Sales Professional
Provide technical and scientific sales assistance to MBF Bioscience customers worldwide for our computer-controlled integrated microscope systems and software.
Responsibilities
• Provide pre-sales technical consultative assistance to potential customers about their scientific, technical and budgetary requirements
• Configure software and hardware solutions to meet customer needs
• Work effectively with MBF’s technical, scientific business, and procurement decision makers to provide the best solution to the customer
Basic Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience selling related scientific equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, natural problem solver, and enthusiastic learner
Educational Requirements
• College degree in a related field

Software Developer
Develop software for custom web, desktop, and mobile applications for MBF Bioscience in our Williston, Vermont office.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain our current suite of applications.
• Design and create new products for MBF Bioscience’s customers.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience with C/C++
• Knowledge in PHP, SQL, Javascript, HTML/CSS
• Qt, iOS or MFC experience a plus

Application Specialist
Provide technical assistance to customers around the world for their MBF Bioscience computer-controlled integrated microscope systems. Visit customers onsite to provide installation and training for new MBF Bioscience systems.
Responsibilities
• Phone and online support for MBF Bioscience customers including software training and troubleshooting; repair,
installation, and service of computer and specialized electronic products
• Log customer interactions and solutions
• Document common practices for future use
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time is required
Basic Qualifications
• Strong microscopy background
• Knowledge of neuroscience is a plus
• Experience with Windows XP through 7
• Passion for development and desire to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Educational Requirements
• Minimum of a bachelors degree in biological sciences
