Whole-brain imaging of a transgenic mouse expressing EYFP under control of the Thy1 promoter. The brain was optically cleared using the Binaree Rapid Clearing method (Binaree Inc., Daegu, South Korea); sample preparation was kindly provided by Dr. Youngil Park of Binaree Inc. Imaging was performed on a SLICE light-sheet microscope using a 10× detection objective. Neurons were subsequently reconstructed and analyzed using Neurolucida 360 software.
