Hide Tracing

Purpose

Click to toggle the display of placed markers on and off. This may be useful if placed markers obscure the underlying specimen.

Procedure

Hide all objects

• Click Hide Tracing to temporarily hide the overlay tracing data.

• To restore the overlay tracing, click Hide Tracing again.

Hide object types

• Click the arrow next to Hide Tracing to view the object type drop down menu and uncheck the box next to an object type to hide it.

• Check the box in the drop down menu to restore the overlay tracing.

Note: A hidden object type will not be restored by deactivating Hide Tracing, the box in the drop down menu must be checked to restore the object type.
