What you can do
With Vesselucida Explorer software, you can visualize and select data in an enhanced 3D environment and perform a multitude of quantitative analyses on your reconstructions.

Use your mouse to zoom, pan and rotate.

Click a traced object to select it.

Analyze anastomoses, networks, nodes, segments, and puncta.

The computer-processing power needed to run Vesselucida Explorer depends on the size, compression, and structure of the image and data files that you are evaluating. We recommend that you review the computer-system requirements before you start working with Vesselucida Explorer or if the software crashes while you are using it.
