Some vessels are not visible. What can I do?

It is likely that the vessels you can't see have a very thin diameter. When you zoom out in 3D, the diameter might be too small to be visible.

To display the vessels:

  1. Select the vessels from the Traced Structures panel on the left.
  2. In the View ribbon, click the Thickness button to select the option. The vessel will show as a centerline instead.
