What's new

Licensing update

Update to offline software licensing. Vesselucida Explorer requires reactivation on systems that that do not have access to the internet or have intermittent/unreliable internet access. View instructions for offline software activation.

Results

• The results tables have been updated throughout to enhance clarity and usability

• Added a new option to export all open results windows to a single Excel file, organized as sheets in an Excel workbook

• The Individual network summary report for vessels now includes the average diameter of each network.

Puncta analysis

• Updated the minimum and maximum cross-sectional area analyses in Punctum Details analysis.

• Improved user interface when selecting options in Puncta Density Analysis

• Puncta nearest neighbor analysis updated to report puncta in all channels.

• Improved the speed of Puncta Details analysis.

• A Colocalization Morphology option was added to Punctum Analyses which reports morphology information on each punctum selected for the colocalization analysis.

Closed surface analysis

• Closed Surface analysis now displays details when a surface cannot be created from the contours

• Improvements to Closed Surface Analysis speed for many vessels

File menu and functions

• Updated licensing information in the File menu and support for multi-user computers

• The recent file list now updates during Vesselucida Explorer sessions

• An alert is now displayed when a file name exceeds the 30-character limit

• Set name is in included in Batch export of individual files

• Nearest Neighbor puncta analysis report has been expanded to all objects
