5. Sampling parameters review

Procedure

Review the Current Sampling Parameter Settings list which contains the parameters that will be used for counting.

If changes need to be made to the spaceball radius, or using the spaceball hemisphere vs. the whole spaceball for counting, return to step 1. Set up the subject. If a change needs to be made to the grid size, return to step 4. Define SRS grid layout.

DO NOT change parameters for every section within a test subject. All parameters must be kept constant throughout all the sections of the subject for the calculations to be valid.
