3. Set zoom level for counting
Procedure
By default, images are displayed at 100% (original) resolution. Use the buttons to zoom in or out as needed to facilitate counting.
The item to be marked is called a “profile” which corresponds to the point where the fiber transects the sphere boundary. We suggest that you zoom in until you can clearly discern the intersections.
If the fibers are thick, you must be able to identify the center point of the fiber and only mark locations where the center point transects the sphere outline.

Click the Zoom in (+) button to double the previous zoom level of the image. |

Click the zoom out (-) button to double the field of view (the image will appear at half the previous zoom level). |

Click the actual size (100%) button to display the image at its original resolution (1 px to 1px ratio). |
