Place an arrow to point to specific structures. Use in conjunction with text for more detailed annotations. |
Inserting an arrow

Click Arrow on the Publish ribbon.
- Click in the Main window to place the arrow head.
- Drag the mouse to complete the arrow.
Editing an arrow

Click Select Objects on the Publish ribbon.
- Click the arrow to select it.
- Right-click to access editing options:

Move selected arrow: Click then drag the arrow to a different location.

Rotate selected arrow: Click then drag to rotate the arrow.

Delete selected arrow: Click to delete the arrow.

Copy selected arrow: Copy the selected arrow to the clipboard.

Select everything this color: Click to select all objects that are the same color as the selected arrow.

Change arrow to color...: Click and choose a new color from the color picker.

Show only arrowhead: Click to display just the head of the arrow.

Exit selection tool: Click to exit object-selection mode.
Deleting text
-
Click Select objects on the Publish ribbon.
- Click the arrow to select it.
- Press Delete on your keyboard.
