Train Workflow overview
This workflow provides a streamlined path for training custom object detectors that can be used for automated detection and tracking. This pipeline walks you through defining regions of interest and annotating object keypoints and connections used for the detector training. Once trained, the detector can be used on its own or alongside the existing worm tracking engine, enabling more complex or multi-species experiments.
