Select Region
Purpose
Use labels to define the regions of interest where data annotation and detector training will be focused.
Drawing a new label

Click to define a rectangular label, then drag the mouse in the Image Display window to delineate the area. -
Click to select the entire frame, then click in the Image Display window. You should see an outline around the image.
Editing labels
Select Label for Editing: You can navigate to specific labels, change the label name, and record label properties. To select a label, click on the label in the Image Display window, or choose the label in the Name dropdown menu.
Name: Choose a label from the dropdown menu.

Click to navigate to and select a label. Once the label is selected in the Image Display widow, it can be repositioned or re-sized.

Reposition: Hover over the label until the cursor changes into four arrows, then click and drag the label to the new position in the Image Display window.

Re-size: Hover over a square at the edge of the label until the cursor changes into two arrows, then click and drag to move that edge of the label.

Click to delete the selected label or press Delete on the keyboard.
Properties: Select the label from the Select Label for Editing/Name dropdown. Adjust the following as desired and click

Name: Enter a name in the text box. Once changes have been applied, the new name is displayed under Select Label for Editing/Name dropdown.

Description: Enter any information you'd like to record about the label.
