About workflows

There are five types of workflows:

• Track: Track worms in a video file.
• Live: Track live worms.
• Batch: Track worms in multiple video files.
• Train: Create and improve detectors for automatic detection of objects such as worms, eggs, termites, etc.
• Validation: Evaluate how WormLab tracks compared to manual marking and tracking. [Note that the Validation workflow is not shown by default; go to Tools>Enable Validation Mode to show the Validation workflow.]
