Use for timed acquisitions, instead of Acquire Image or Acquire Stack.
Options are available to specify the type of acquisition (single, stack, multichannel)
To adjust the stack settings, click 4D Settings; the Stack Settings dialog box opens .
If the interval is less than the camera setting, you may lose images. Anything below .5 seconds may cause problems. a minimum setting of 1 second is best. Remember, after acquiring an image, the system may take 100 milliseconds or longer to process it. If the system is busy when a scheduled acquire interval "hits", the acquire does not happen—they system waits until the next scheduled acquire time.
