Acquire Stack

Use to acquire image stacks.

To acquire a stack:

1. Click the Acquire Stack button .
   • The Acquire Stack dialog box opens .
   • The Review Images button is added to the toolbar.
2. In the dialog box under Acquisition, select the appropriate lens and device/state pair. See Device Command Sequences to learn about device/state pairs.
3. To modify the stack settings, click Change Stack Settings.Microlucida displays the Image Stack Acquisition Options dialog box . Learn about the options...
   1. Select a type of input.
   2. Specify how to determine the Top of stack.
   3. Set the input used to determine the number of images in the stack.
   4. If appropriate, set a delay to be applied before each acquisition until reset.
   5. Click OK when satisfied with the acquisition options.
4. To acquire more images above or below the stack, enter the appropriate distances under Additional Images.
5. Click Acquire Stack to start the acquisition.

To view acquired images:

• Click the Review Images button in the toolbar; the Image Organizer opens.
