Automatic alignment
Reverts to the original alignment.

- Click Manual alignment.
- Click to place one marker at a landmark site in the left image then place a marker in the right image at the same landmark site; repeat for two additional landmark sites.
- Click Done.
- Review the results of the manual alignment: Click Check alignment, place a fourth marker at a unique landmark site in the left image and verify that the marker is displayed at the same landmark site in the right image.

The user input for the refined alignment method is the same as that for the manual method, however, the software uses additional information about your image to refine the alignment.

Use to check the accuracy of your image alignment; if image alignment does not meet your needs, repeat the alignment process.
