Neutral Density Filter Configuration

Purpose

This configuration procedure will set up BrightSLICE to automatically select the Neutral Density filter when the SLICE alignment workflow is launched.

Procedure

1. Open BrightSLICE software.

2. Go to: File > Hardware Setup > Microscope > SLICE.

3. In the Filter wheel section of the dialog, click the Neutral Density dropdown menu and select the Neutral Density filter.

4. Click OK to save your selection and exit the Hardware Setup menu.
