Batch processing

Use batch processing to instruct WormLab software to track multiple files unattended.

Procedure

1. Set up the parameters for each project file.

   Use the Track workflow as follows:

   1. Follow the Import Image Sequence, Set Sequence Info, Adjust Image, and Detect steps.
   2. Display the Tracking tab and adjust the parameters as needed.

   Don't click the Start button!

   3. Click the Save Project button to save your project and the correct parameters.
2. Once all the projects are ready, click the Batch button to display the Batch Processing panel.
   1. Under File selection, click Add to add project files (.wpr) to the list.
   2. Under Batch processing control, click Start to initiate the tracking process for all the projects.

Options

File Selection: Click the Remove button to remove projects from the batch list.

Batch Processing Control: You can pause or stop the Tracking process.
