AutoNeuron Step 6: Complete
When you reach this step, the AutoNeuron tracing is complete.
You can:
- Click Prev Step if you want to redo the tracing.
- Save the configuration to use in subsequent AutoNeuron or AutoNeuron Batch Run sessions:
- Under Save New Configuration? type a name for the configuration.
- Click Save.
After closing the workflow, you'll be able to edit the tracings manually as necessary:
- Splice branches
- Edit the soma(s)
- Group objects to make subsequent analyses easier if you traced more than one neuron.
To edit manually, click the Select Objects icon 
OR click Edit>Select Object to access the editing tools.
You may also inspect your reconstruction in 3D with the 3D visualization tool.
