Track workflow: Import image sequence

Image sequences are movies or sequences of images previously captured that you use for detecting and tracking.

Movies

You can add AVI, MPG, MPEG, or MOV movie files to WormLab. You can only import multiple sequences to a project.

1. Click the Import Image Sequence workflow step.
2. In the Import Sequence dialog box, select a movie file.

3. Click Open. WormLab loads the movie file as a sequence in a new tab.

Images

You can add TIF, TIFF, JPG, or JPEG images to WormLab. You can add multiple files and you can mix file types.

1. Click the Import Image Sequence workflow step.
2. In the Import Sequence dialog box, do one of the following:

• If the files are listed in order, use the Shift key and the left mouse button to select the desired files.
• If the files are not in order, use the Ctrl key and the left mouse button to select the desired files in the order in which they should appear in WormLab.

3. Click Open. WormLab loads the images as a sequence in a new tab.
