Load Stack Region

Use this command with large virtual tissues to enhance viewing at the acquired magnification.

 

This command pre-loads all the planes in z at a displayed location.

 

To use Load Stack Region

  1. Open a virtual tissue image.
  2. Navigate to a region of interest
  3. Zoom to the acquired resolution using the icon.
  4. Click the Load Stack Region icon in the toolbar. Stereo Investigator loads all the planes for the X,Y location.
    • You can now focus through the planes instantly.
  5. Navigate to another region of interest.
  6. Click the Load Stack Region icon again. Stereo Investigator loads all the planes for the new X,Y location.
