Analysis Results: Report Options

Paste the data into a Microsoft Word or Excel document; column headers are included.

To copy a portion of the data, highlight contiguous cells then select Copy to Clipboard.

The report is printed with the column headers.

If the results are too large to print on a single sheet of paper, Neurolucida Explorer breaks down the report. Printing begins in the upper left corner and proceeds across the report until the right side is reached. Printing continues at the left side and continues across in sweeps until the entire report is printed.

To print a portion of the data , highlight the portion of interest (in contiguous cells) then select Print.

Saves the data as a text file (.txt) that can be opened in another program or attached to an email message. Report formatting is not preserved.

Displays the equations used to obtain the results.

Use to visually connect results with the tracing.  

1. Hover your mouse to the left of the report until the cursor turns into a thick black arrow.
2. Click to select one row (drag to select contiguous rows) to highlight data for specific structures of interest.
3. Select Options>Select Objects.
   • If the Displayed Selected Squares icon is selected, the structures corresponding to the data selected in the report are highlighted in the tracing with small white squares.
   • If the Display Selection Cube icon is selected, a red rectangle is displayed around the structures corresponding to the data selected.

Each analyzed structure in the tracing is assigned a color.

Text color is assigned by row; if a row contains information about more than one structure e.g., tube wall analysis), Use Color Text is disabled.

View the data as white or colored text on a black background.

• Select Options>Use Black Background again to restore the default white background.
