Branched Structure Analysis

To perform a Branched Structure Analysis

1. Click Analysis>Branched Structure Analysis. Neurolucida Explorer displays the Branched Structure Analysis window .
   • Select All Possible Analyses: All available Branched Structure analyses are performed. Available analyses vary depending on the types of structures selected.
   • Select No Analyses: Clears all selected analyses.
2. Select analyses and click OK. Neurolucida Explorer opens a separate report window for each selected analysis. You can copy, save, export, and print these reports.
