Export marker coordinates
Purpose
Use the Export Marker Coordinates command to create a text file (.txt) that lists each marker and its coordinates relative to the reference point (in microns).
Procedure

Open the data file that contains the markers.

Go to File > Export and click Export Marker Coordinates.

Specify a name and location for the file, and click Save.
Exported data format
The text file lists each marker type by number, followed by X, Y, and Z coordinates, and marker diameter
