Export marker coordinates

Purpose

Use the Export Marker Coordinates command to create a text file (.txt) that lists each marker and its coordinates relative to the reference point (in microns).

Procedure

  1. Open the data file that contains the markers.

  2. Go to File > Export and click Export Marker Coordinates.

  3. Specify a name and location for the file, and click Save.

Exported data format

The text file lists each marker type by number, followed by X, Y, and Z coordinates, and marker diameter
