Marker totals (branched structure)

Use Marker totals to compile marker quantities and densities. If you used the spine toolbar or the Spines mode in Neurolucida 360, use the Branched Structure Analysis: Spines analysis.

Analysis results

Reports the quantity, density, and average diameter of each marker type by the branch order selected in the Analysis Branch Order drop-down menu.

Type: Marker type selected in Neurolucida or Neurolucida 360.

Density: [Quantity of markers on the segment] / [Length of the segment]

Average diameter: Average diameter of the markers on the segment.
