Tracing from a deconvolved image (3D)

Before you start tracing in the 360 window, use the Image Adjustment tool to improve 3D visualization; this is especially useful to prepare your image prior to spine detection.

  1. In the 3D window, click the Open Image icon to load a deconvolved image.
  2. In the classic window, use the Image Adjustment to make the necessary adjustments.
  3. Return to the 3D window and click the Image button.
    • In the Change Image Display panel, click the Image Sync with 2D button to apply the adjustments made with Image Adjustment.
  4. Click the Tree button to start tracing.
