Map data to Atlas

Once you've performed cell detection and registered your sections, you can map data.

1. Click the Map data to atlas button on the Registration ribbon.
2. Enter your parameters and click Begin.
3. Two types of data files are generated (.xml and .csv) in the output folder.
   • .xml: Marked cells
   • _output.xml: Marked cells can be visualized in the Atlas.
   • _points.csv: Individual markers XYZ coordinates and strength in both experimental sections and the atlas.
   • _summary.csv: Marker count and strength by channel and by structure.
