Biolucida for lab heads / PIs
Administrative account
As an administrator, you can manage all aspects of Biolucida: users, images and interface.
- Manage users (Admin>Users).
- Synchronize image folders stored locally via tracked directories (Admin>Filetracker).
- Manage image information (description, objective lens, tags).
- Navigate images (zoom, pan, macro view).
- Designate regions of interest (bookmark tool).
- Annotate images.
- Organize the images available through the tracked directories into collections.
- Provide access to the images (by granting permission to view or edit collections).
Viewer account with Maintainer role
You have the ability to create and share image folders (collections).
- Navigate images (zoom, pan, macro view).
- Designate regions of interest (bookmark tool).
- Annotate images.
- Manage image information (description, objective lens, tags).
- Organize the images available through the tracked directories into collections.
- Provide access to the images (by granting permission to view or edit collections).
- Download images from the browser.
