A message to our customers about COVID-19
As COVID-19 continues to impact people, institutions, communities, and countries around the world, the health and safety of our employees at MBF Bioscience, along with our customers, colleagues, partners, and community remain our top priorities.
We are taking additional precautions for the safety of MBF Bioscience employees, while also ensuring that our software and hardware solutions are available to customers in the United States and abroad. As we move to primarily working from home, we remain united as a team and available during our normal business hours to provide you with support and customer service.
MBF Bioscience is very much an international business, and we will be increasing our use of remote communication for all product demonstrations, trainings, and installations. Remote communication isn't new to us. For years, our experts have used remote communication technology to help hundreds of our customers successfully set up and operate their software and hardware.
To continue to provide our valued customers with responsive and reliable support, we are implementing the following changes:
Licensing Software for Home Use
Many of our customers are electing or mandated to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. To help you use our products from home, we are offering all of our customers licenses to our software for remote/home use. Please fill out this webform so that we can assist you with this. If you need to expand your analysis capabilities, we can also help you with additional licenses.
