Track workflow: Set Sequence Info

Use to set information about the imported image sequence.

Name

By default, WormLab uses the file name as the Name for the image sequence.

• To change the name, highlight the name and type a new name. This renames the image sequence only; the file name or extension of the video file remain the same.

Notes

Use the Notes area to enter information such as experimental controls.

Captured frame rate

• If this value is incorrect, enter the correct value manually.

Scaling

Before you detect and track, define accurate scaling for each image sequence (scaling only needs to be defined once). The scale values will be updated upon using the Measure button.
