Align the camera

Align your camera horizontally before use.

 

1. Place a scale bar, ruler, or object with a horizontal line anywhere in the camera's field of view.
2. Turn on the camera and click the camera toolbar icon . WormLab displays the Video Capture window.
3. Click Display grid. WormLab places a yellow grid overlaying the display .
4. Move or rotate the camera so that the top (or bottom) of the object is aligned with the grid.
