Edit Synapse Panel (3D)

To edit synapses and see all the options, select synapses first.

  • Click Select All or click a synapse in the tracing window. Selected synapses are displayed with white wireframes.
  • Press the Delete key

    • OR

  • Click the Remove button.

You can't undo this action.

  1. Hold down CTRL and click synapses to select them or click the Select All button. Additional options are displayed in the Edit Synapses panel.
  2. Click the arrow near the colored square to access the Color drop-down menu.
  3. Select a new color.

  1. Click Select All.
  2. Use Show as, Transparency, or Smooth.

You can only modify the appearance of all synapses.
