ABSTRACT:
In this practical demonstration, Dr. Susan Hendricks will use the AutoNeuron extension module for Neurolucida to automatically reconstruct a labeled neuron. Using the workflow, she will work with a 3D image stack containing a filled neuron imaged with a confocal microscope to create a three dimensional model of the labeled cell. She will demonstrate automatic soma detection, automatic and interactive branch reconstruction, and how to display both the image data and trace model in 3D for visualization. This webinar will serve as a precursor to the Advanced Techniques for AutoNeuron webinar.
