In our concerted efforts to improve MBF Support, we have introduced the new online MBF Support Center.

This new service offers:

The Ticket System to track your current support requests. Enables you to view the status of pending tickets, or open a new issue.

A Knowledge Base to answer common questions about MBF software and system products.

The Download Center where you can download the latest release of MBF software or upload your image files to your Private Folder.

The ability to view your Software Upgrade and Support Subscriptions and request subscription renewals.

We continue to offer the same high level of Live Remote Assistance and telephone support to our subscribing customers.

Trouble Logging Into the Support Center

Your User ID and Password are still the same. If you have trouble gaining access to the MBF Support Center, please call 1-802-288-9290 and ask to speak with either Robin or Michelle or send an email to support@mbfbioscience.com.
