Name: Shannon Francis
Position: Operations Manager
How long have you been working at MBF Bioscience? 15 years.
What do you do? I manage the Operations team to ensure orders are processed from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner. I’m also part of a fantastic team that organizes MBF Bioscience’s attendance at trade shows. Another big part of my job is maintaining all company accounting records, processing payroll, and helping to maintain the company’s benefits packages in addition to other human resource duties.
What do you like most about your job? I love how every day is different. I never do the same thing day in and day out. I also thoroughly enjoy the group of people I work with.
How do you spend your weekends? Cultivating my flower and vegetable gardens. I also enjoy photographing the local area with my husband.
What was the last vacation you took? Last fall we took our annual trip to Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. The tranquility of the island makes it our favorite vacation spot.
